Joey Langhorst - President

Hey y'all, my name is Joey Langhorst and I am a Junior. I am studying Computer Science and am from Wilmington, NC. I've been running for most of my life, but middle school is when it became the focal point of my athletic endeavors. Aside from running, I enjoy playing disc golf, bouldering, playing video games, watching football, and watching math Youtube videos. I'm excited to run with you all this season, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Matthew Denoncourt -
Head Coach

Hey y'all! My name's Matthew and I’m from right here in Raleigh, NC. I’m a senior majoring in computer engineering here at NC State. I started running my freshman year of high school and have only fallen more in love with the sport ever since. Outside of running I enjoy hiking, climbing, playing video games, and watching football in the fall (Go Pack!). I’m excited to continue my involvement with this club as your head coach and am looking forward to training and running with you all.

Lucy Shearer - VP of Operations

Hi all! My name's Lucy, and I'm a Freshman majoring in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Biology. I am also minoring in Anthropology and Global Health. My favorite thing about run club is racing on the college level and racing my friends in rival colleges! I love meeting new people, so don't hesitate to reach out!

Natasha Abramowicz - VP of Social Events

Hey everyone! I’m a senior majoring in Computer Engineering. One of my favorite memories of run club is making our own race bibs for a time trial my freshman year.

Peter Lawing - Secretary

Hi! My name is Peter, and I am a sophomore, majoring in Chemistry. What I love most about run club is meeting new people through running, and because of run club I’ve found some of my best friends at NCSU. Kevin Bolin - Treasurer

Hey everyone! My name is Kevin, and I am from Raleigh, NC. I am a sophomore double majoring in Bioprocessing Science and Food Science with a minor in Microbiology. I started running in middle school and quickly fell in love with the fantastic community within this sport! Outside of running, I enjoy playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and hiking in my spare time. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any running/non-running-related questions! Josh Navarro - Assistant Coach

Hey everyone, my name is Josh and I'm from here in Raleigh. I am a junior studying electrical and computer engineering. I started running my freshman year of high school and the sport has become a major part of my life. When not running you can find me swimming, reading, or watching football. I'm looking forward to a fun year with you all. Go pack!

Meara Kane - Assistant Coach

Hi, my name is Meara. I'm a Freshman majoring in Marine Science. One of my favorite things about run club is having the chance to meet other runners with different backgrounds and goals and having regular opportunities to train with others. I'm excited to add something to this group, and I hope you are too.
